Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

Please note that customized products (including bottles with custom colors, logos, or specific technical modifications) are exempt from returns and refunds unless there is a clear manufacturing defect. We highly recommend confirming all design proofs before mass production.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at jenny@thesunpackaging.com immediately with photos of the issues. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or a partial/full refund for the affected items.

Shipping

To return your product, you should email us at jenny@thesunpackaging.com.

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
